Paul G was very knowledgeable on the flooring options we were considering. I liked that even though I wanted to go with hardwood, he recommended laminate because of our dogs and small children. I felt that was admirable because it wasn't about the total sale but rather our needs he was condsidering. The ordering and delivery of our product went off without a hitch and installation was scheduled promptly.
Installation was done on time and with minimal disrpution to our daily life. Paul M (Timeless Hardwood) and his team of installers were professional and prompt (and also very friendly to our dogs). When they discovered that they were going to be short on flooring by one box, Paul immediately ordered more and had the job finished the next day.
I would undoubtedly recommend Deerfoot Carpet & Flooring to family and friends and look forward to working with them in the future for our flooring needs.
