We dealt with Robert from Deer-foot Carpet & Flooring when I was in a bad situation because we sold our condominium, and the board would not allow us to install laminate flooring. Robert helped us out during a rusty time, we had a little fight on our hands, and he helped us by communicating to the board that a pad placed underneath the laminate wood-floor would not create noise. The board still did not allow it.

So, we changed our mind and picked out a carpet instead. Robert is very nice and is definitely very knowledgeable and owns his stuff! By that time, we had ran across the clock and we wanted the carpet change done on time. He made our lives easier and talked to Tanner; they rearranged people's schedules and came on a Saturday and completed the installation on Sunday. He took the time from his family to help us.

They both went above board with us -- they are fantastic people!
