ClimateSmith replaced the zone control board and it turned out all right. It was my first time using them, and I liked that the technician made the board work--so I can have AC--until he got the new board. I called them up on Monday, but they couldn't come on that day; but, he came early the next morning on Tuesday at 9 a.m. He was professional and identified the problems after a few minutes.
