They charged me $354 ($299 part Robertshaw 41-402 Carob Ignitor and $55 Service Fee) to replace a part that costs less than $18 everywhere. And, the guy took less than ten minutes to put the part on :) I called the office and they sang the same song. Looks like they believe in highway robbery and not worry about having long term customers. I feel like they cheated me as if there is no tomorrow. I can understand 2X$20 plus service charge of $55, total of $95, but not $354.

Avoid them at any cost please
