I have an experience with them about 6 years ago. They were the 4th HVAC company I had called. The previous ones did not know what they were doing and cost me a lot of money to fix nothing. They wanted to charge me a lot more money to fix a problem that did not exist.

Jim Smith came out and fixed the real problem. It was a difficult problem to fix with a complicated system, but Jim stuck with it until he fixed the issue and only charged me for what fixed the problem.

They have been doing my bi-annual service ever since and I have been very pleased.
