I used ClimateSmith LLC to have some units replaced in my home a few months ago. I was referred to them from the realtor that helped us with our home. When I called their offices, the staff was friendly, and they were able to match the appointment with my schedule. The installer who showed up to completely replace the HVAC showed up on time, was professional, and very clean. I noticed no mess, so he cleaned up after himself. It took him about half a day to complete the job, which was the time they had estimated, though James did come back the day after to adjust some of the control settings. I was absolutely satisfied.
