I was one of ClimateSmith's first customers, and I think that they always do a great job: First Class! They've never deviated from offering the best experience and service to their customers, and they are easy to talk to. I'm not a scientist when it comes to my AC and heater, but I feel I can trust them. They tell the truth, explain what I need to know, and won't ever try to sell me anything I don't need.

The most recent service was a regular 6-month customer service call that was part of a contract. They came out and checked all the ducts and vents, making sure the system was working as it was supposed to work. About 20 minutes later, they are finished and out of the house--and it's all clean with no speck of dust or any trace that they had been there.
