I have an annual service contract for a nominal fee, and I have made emergency calls on holidays, nights or whenever and I get a call back or someone responding to my address in an hour. I have purchased a new Lennox furnace, changes to my ducting, a new tablet-style thermostat on the wall that regulates humidity and everything was done in a matter of hours. They cleaned up after themselves, hauled the old system away with the packing materials from the new system, used foot coverings whenever walking through the house.....honestly these guys are good and operate just the way you would want them to. YOU WILL NOT FIND A MORE HONEST HARD WORKING COMPANY TO MEET YOUR HVAC NEEDS.
