Quick response to my call for service; arrived on time; didn't try to scare me into buying anything. Very responsive to my questions,and quickly diagnosed and fixed an air conditioning problem. Cost of service was very reasonable. Best of all, he didn't rag me about having been fleeced earlier by a no-name HVAC "expert" I hired from Craig's List.
