We had an extensive ink spill on our brand new carpet. We called them, and Troy came out that evening. He used a miracle product that got out most of the ink, when we thought it would never come out. He was prompt and his rates are very reasonable. We've also had him clean our carpets in the past, and he always does a very nice, professional job!
