I had them replace some outlets and install a fan from Home Depot, all work I could have done myself, and they charged me $90+ an hour, a permit fee (which wasn't needed or even submitted=illegal) and $20 per outlet. Not to mention when scheduled them they no-showed until we called them, then show up three hours late. The guy takes a look around and says "I don't really have time right now, we'll have to reschedule" so we reschedule and he is an hour late for that appointment too. Unprofessional at every step. For the fan install (which I had to fix because it wobbles) and 12 outlets, my bill was $1,000. A THOUSAND DOLLARS! I should have taken them to court.
