I called them to help with electrical problems with my septic system. Paul came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and fixed it the next day. After Paul fixed what was wrong. I was still having problems with another aspect of the septic system. Paul came out and checked it out and made sure what he fixed earlier was working and gave me ideas on what to do to correct the other problems I was having at no extra charge for the extra visit and information. I took Paul's advise and ended up fixing it myself.
