We had an emergency on a very cold Saturday that caused some outlets to fail. Easy Electric had someone there to help in a little over an hour, and our electrical problem was solved. It was an issue that resulted from a faulty installation when the house was built. They also realized on Monday that I had been overcharged accidentally, and called me to fix the error.
