I've had a lot of experience with Rollenhagen Construction. I have had them remodel a number of business and homes, and most recently I had them do an addition on the home I live in. Without question, that was up there too!

My experience with Rollenhagen started 1990, and they did a huge job for me. It was the entire remodel, and certainly some reconstruction, of a huge fraternity house in Ames, which subsequently became a bed and breakfast guest house for the university. Over the years, I have had them do various remodels for the same house, and then I have also had them completely remodel an attic into an upstairs apartment.

The thing that I always appreciate about Rollenhagen is his vision, what could be done with something, and the skill with which to carry that out, and certainly their attention to detail as a company. With them, it has to be the best, it has to be right. Certainly, they are honest. There has never been a member of his crew that I did not feel comfortable worth in terms of honesty and trust, not only in their character, but also in the work they performed.
