I used Castle Home Inspection's services recently. They sent reminders to me via email and text. Jack showed up Prepared and ready to go. They were able to schedule the termite inspection, as well as the sewer inspection the same day. He literally spent about 3.5 hours on this inspection. This is the best value for my money that I have experienced in a very long time. He was incredibly thorough and answered all of my questions. He checked everything - attic, insulation, electrical, water flow, tuck point, flooring, possible issues associated with structural, etc. He also took a lot of pictures and videos and left no stone unturned. I received a verbal report on site and received the final report the next morning - this morning, in fact. He also did exactly what he said he would. He did not quote any numbers for possible repairs, but gave me a VERY honest assessment of the situation. This allowed me to make a decision on this older home with confidence. I am not easily impressed and the professionalism displayed from start to finish with these folks definitely impressed me. I highly recommend them.
