Brent was very thorough in both his work and in his report. He used infrared to check the electrical wiring, HVAC functionality and to detect other problems. He also used a drone to check and take pictures of a tile roof that was delicate and could break if an inspector walked on it. These services weren't offered by a competitor I checked with before our inspection. In fact, the competitor I checked with prior to the inspection didn't even offer to check the roof and simply referred me to a roof contractor. Brent's report clearly outlined and depicted with pictures many current and potential problems with the house that we didn't anticipate. I would highly recommend him.
