Buying a first home is quite a daunting experience, yet it was certainly made a lot easier with the help of Brent who completed a full inspection of the property. He encouraged me to tag along and clearly explained what he was seeing and what I could do to fix the issue. He answered any questions I had with confidence and after completing a check of each room, he asked "Any questions about that?" I was given advice on how to clean vents or replace seals and nothing was too much trouble. At the end of the inspection he went through all photos he had taken and summarised the issues. I received the completed 26 page report the same day, with colour photographs and arrows pointing to the area that needed work. He referenced codes and laws and how the item would need to be brought up to standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Inspection Tech LLC or Brent to others looking for a thorough inspection of their property. I feel a lot more informed of what I am buying and also how to maintain my new home.
