Today 4/7/2017 we had J Brent Heberlein come to the house that we are looking to buy. He was the only one who was not too crazy busy during the 2017 spring break . Pricing was affordable for going through and making sure everything was in working order. He was able to inform us of some things on how the home worked (such as the circuit breakers for the bathrooms) He is very knowledgeable in his field and was a pleasure to talk to. When he wrote his report it was clear and even came with pictures to illustrate the problems. If we ever buy another house we will use Inspection Tech.
