From the beginning the experience was great..... The quote (although pricey as most windows are) was far less than the other quotes in our development. They fit me into their schedule at my convenience and windows arrived within two weeks of placing the order. The installers were extremely professional, polite and respectful (two napping babies)..... They did a fantastic job of fixing the cracks and marked areas which naturally occur after installing new frames and sliding doors. The quality is great! We were a bit upser when gold hardware was installed but immediately were told that they would change for us without a problem (which they did a few days later and only took about five minutes). Overall I highly recommend and would use again for sure!!!!
