This company is the absolute worst! I had 11 windows replaced and they are terrible quality, don't block any noise, leak, and are not efficient. I have complained many times to the company to no result. The manufacturer came out to inspect the windows and said 5 of the windows were faulty - yet I have not been able to get them replaced. The company also came out and inspected the windows several times. they swear up and down that there is nothing wrong with the windows and that they are installed properly. However, I recently had another contractor come out for a different issue and was informed that Supreme did not seal a single window on the outside. I am on the third floor, so you can't see the lack of sealing unless you are on a ladder. I am now unable to manage the temperature in my home. In the photos the contractor provided, you can see nails and wood where the frame meets the building. The property manager of my building has even contacted Supreme about the issue and nothing has been resolved. Supreme does horrible work that will now cost me many thousands of dollars to correct.
