The technician from EnviroCare Cleaning Solutions was pleasant and when he was doing the job he did a good job on the superficial cleaning. The carpet looked fabulous while it was still wet. However, he might have worked too hard on the big stains, maybe using too much solution, because now it's a much bigger stain area. The first day we were effusive with praise but when it dried the next day it looked kind of yellow. He is coming back to do two other rooms, and check on the first job. He'll see it then. We hope it can be fixed. We hired them because we were impressed by their reviews.
