I couldn't even tell my carpets were clean. They were left soaking wet. I couldn't get anybody to respond to my concerns. It really bothered me that the older gentlemen who came to do the service tried to pawn off a book that he'd written. He tried to talk to me about a book about Native Americans he'd written, and he even handed me a business card for the book. He arrived an hour late when I'd had to hire a sitter to babysit my children, and it was very inconvenient. When I called back they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. It was very bizarre, and I certainly wouldn't use them again.
