My overall experience with the inspection was great. The inspection was done by Jeff Talcott who took the time to explain all the inspections done to the house and gave me a detailed review of all the things that needed attention. He even directed my attention to some important issues with the property that where outside of the scope of the inspection report, so I really appreciate that.
