Dallas Compton conducted the inspection of a residential property built in 1961. Dallas was very professional and courteous. He introduced himself and informed us what he was going to do and the areas he will be inspecting. Immediately after conducting his inspection, he gave us a live presentation explaining what he discovered using his laptop to show us supporting pictures that he took while conducting his inspection. He pointed out the areas of concern and the possible consequences. Dallas recommended we consider further inspections to be conducted by experts, such as an electrician, a plumber, asbestos, and mold experts. He pleasantly and patiently addressed our multiple questions.
