As an owner of multiple older homes for over 30 years I think I know just about everything about construction, plumbing, electrical, roofing systems, etc. Let me tell you, when Bob finished my inspection and verbally reviewed his findings, swimming pool regulations, electrical regulations, environmental regulations, including a tutorial on what I could do to prevent upcoming issues, I couldn't write the check fast enough!
