I got three different bids before accepting AA Rite-Way Roofing. They weren't the lowest in terms of bids, but Gary, the guy who gave me the estimate made me feel comfortable. They did a roofing tear-off, so they took off two layers of shingles and replaced the sixty year old plywood; replaced it and put in the tar paper. They were super organized and did a very professional job. All of the work was done in about a day and a half. Due to a small storm coming, they brought more people to work before it rained. The roof has been tested now that we had about three storms after the installation. I wouldn't go by price alone. They're in the middle, but they're above the performance of other places.
