Everything ac4life advertises is geared to sell to home owners except the warranty. My husband and i bought a new unit with ac one year ago. The blower motor has already gone out. Ac4life told us that as long as it was professionally installed it would be covered. Now that we have had it repaired and our installer will not deal with coleman it is not covered. We spent 425.00 to replace the motor and ac4life wants to buy us off for 75.00. wow. what a joke. I know that retail business spend millions for advertising and to draw customers in but put forth very little expense to keep them happy. 1 happy customer may tell someone about there experiance. 1 unhappy customer will tell at least 10. My husband even told me they said they had made a mistake and now have training opportunity. We are glad we could help. I also Told my husband they can keep there 75.00. sounds like they really need it.
