The water heater for our condo which had been installed by another plumber failed prematurely. I found T- Flow on line, called Matt who went above and beyond to try to find a tank which would swap out on our warranty. When that was not successful, Matt recommended a Rheem water tank which was installed the next day by Matt’s crew. Matt’s crew was great, efficient, professional and following Covid-19 protocols ( which was much appreciated). I will be recommending Matt to all of the owners in the building and will be soon having his crew install a kitchen faucet. HIgihly recommended !
