I have used the Appliance Man for a number of years, always with good results UNTIL recently. I hired them to come fix a washing machine and they could not do it. They kept wanting to replace part after part with a week in between each part and never could accurately diagnose the problem. Foolishly, after that I hired them to come fix an ice machine in a Kitchenaid fridge. They showed up and then said they no longer worked on Kitchenaid fridges even though their website emphasizes how they specialize in Kitchenaid appliances. They were unapologetic in both instances. I will never call them again, nor would I recommend them. Buyer beware.
