I am a property management company and need pest control on a regular basis throughout the year. I have been dealing with orkin mainly Eduardo for the last probably 10 years. I moved recently out to the country and immediately found an infestation of rats ground squirrels gophers ants you name it it seems to be out here. I got a hold of Eduardo who immediately sent someone out to assess the situation. They put down several bait traps keeping in mind that I had dogs and some very very small dogs. The rat infestation was under control within a matter of four to five days and is completely gone now. The squirrels ground squirrels gophers and ants are all under control. Eduardo has been sending Matt who is very very nice easy to have around and explains why things are happening and how to eliminate it faster. I could not be happier and would absolutely not go anywhere else but with these guys. Thank you Eduardo and Matt you are absolutely the best I am extremely happy that I have been able to have you as my main person to take care of things and you're just an enjoyment to have around.
