Kramer & Sons Plumbing Service is very dependable and stands by their service. If something goes wrong, which is seldom, there is no quibbling or discussion. They immediately get someone out here to fix it. They are very reliable, very dependable and do excellent work. Their entire team seems to know what they are doing, and Seth is very personable and comes personally to supervise or help with repairs on complex jobs.

I've used their service for more than a couple years--a little before they installed a very nice water heater for me. They've also done some external work with a sump pump replacement, some land grading to bury water pipes, as well as plugging an external leak on the house and replacing water faucets. They are very versatile in terms of their plumbing abilities.

I'm very comfortable with them and would say their prices are comparable--maybe a little higher--and worth it. And, I like that they really stand behind their product. Anytime they have had to come back to do any work--which is minimal--there has never been an additional charge.
