This was my first time ever using Kramer & Sons Plumbing Svc Inc. I was leaving out of town and I had an emergency plumbing and I needed prompt service, so I called the company and immediately they sent a plumber out to my residence. I am very satisfied because in the past plumbers would have difficulty finding the problem but this particular plumber was able to identify the source and dive right in to it, drained out the pipes of backed up water. The plumber shared with me that if this wasn't taken care of it could have done some damage to my floors and dry wall. The plumber did a tremendous job; quick, very personable and knowledgeable - he had my confidence the entire time. Prices are little higher than average compared to their competitors however because their work is done right the first time - Kramer & Sons Plumbing Svc Inc. are worth every penny and in return you'll get a peace of mind!
