"Mike" of Cool Air USA responded quickly to my house. He very patient, and took the necessary time to properly diagnose my Freon shortage problem, attending too the different pressure levels, took out the time to cool down the outside unit by spraying water on it, monitoring everything, and filling in the appropriate amount of Freon, thus making my air conditioner work great!

Mike is a super worker who is clearly proud of his job and the company that he works for, and he represents Cool Air USA with great respect, as he spoke highly of it. He also engaged in conversation with me, which helped me reduce my immediate concerns about my air conditioner, and educate me as well with such related matters.

Cool Air USA would do very well to hire the likes of employee Mike. He also processed my credit card on his table without falter.
