Junior, the A/C repairman who responded to my service call was punctual, polite, professional and an excellent troubleshooter. He was patient while he listened for the symptoms I described to ensure he resolved the right problem, the right way. Junior was also transparent, as he let me know what he was doing and why. I now have peace of mind, confident my problem was fixed, not just patched.
