On Sept. 28, 2016, "Junior" came out to my house to quote me on a duct cleaning job. He was very nice and professional but, best of all, was honest and quickly gained my trust. Junior never knew this, but I had originally called Cool-Air-USA to compare to another quote I'd gotten from another company. The other company (and a few others I've seen online) seem to be all about a little bait-and-switch scam. They claimed to do duct cleaning for $49 but when they get out to the house, they only vacuumed one vent (badly) and gave me a quote for a ridiculous amount of money if I wanted to actually do a proper cleaning. I rejected their unethical pitch on sheer principal. The way Cool-Air-USA does business is they complete opposite of these other scam artists. Junior, their repair rep, gave me an up-front quote for all of the work (which, BTW, was about 1/2 of what the other guys wanted to charge me). He then went through the entire A/C cooling system and pointed out where he'd recommend different things. Some of these I decided to do, and some I didn't, but I never felt I was being "sold" something, rather that I was getting solid professional advice from a knowledgeable professional. I would highly recommend Cool-Air-USA to anyone who asks. And, the vast majority of the credit for this should go to the Rep. I don't know if you guys have an employee of the month award or something similar but, if you do, my vote goes to Junior. He's a tremendous asset to your company.
