Omer came for the first time today to our condo to clean the duct work. He was very polite, introduced himself right away and shook my hand. When he came in he checked to see how many air ducts and confirm the price with me before starting. We then discussed the sanitizing, and even though I hadn't scheduled for that he added that on for me at my request for additional cost. I will use them again, when I feel the need. The place smelled so fresh like it hasn't in years after he sanitized the ducts. Don't know how long that will last, but it was pleasant and made me feel like we were breathing fresher air. Time will tell.
