I received service within a couple of days of my request for diagnostic tests. Though our A/C was still working we knew it needed to be serviced because of periodic "freezing" of the coils in the air handler. The service man was very pleasant and efficient. He did a good job of explaining the problems to us. We feel confident regarding the job that was done, as well as this company we hired.
