I have been using this company since 2018. They have never failed me. They do same day service calls and will have your unit up and running as well as a full report of the work performed. The Service technician did a really good job of explaining my current unit. I did decide to upgrade and was more than happy to have Cool Air USA serve my needs. From the Service Technician to the ladies in Customer Service the Salesman that sold me my unit the Installers that came out. Everyone was so professional and you can see how they all work efficiently as a team. All around great company. I highly recommend.
