I originally contacted another company when my AC went out. My Central AC caught fire, and the company told me i needed a larger unit than i did. I contacted cool wire and Julian was amazing to work with. Julian was understanding and patient during the process. The two technicians Yasiel and Yandi were punctual, they were professional and extremely clean. I’m thankful I decided to get a second quote. I will use Cool Air for all of my AC Services.
