The technician came to my house today to do duct cleaning. When he got here, he didn’t realize that it was a townhome. I made this appointment a month ago. The technician that came the month before took pictures of the upstairs and the downstairs vents why this information was not passed on to the technician that came out today. My wife had to help the technician bring the machinery upstairs. Not acceptable!! I called the office and complained and they said they were gonna send another technician out to help him. However, that was two hours later after he had started.
