Yesterday i had an inssue at home where my outdoor unit was not working. Called Cool Air USA and sent me right away a technician to diagnose and fix my issue. Technician (i guess it's Leo) came in earlier than expected (JOB #: 406927), checked the indoor unit and gave all kind of tips to clean and maitain the unit. Also answered all my questions. Then he went outside and started diagnosing the issue i had. Turned out that the outdoor unit was not receiving enough voltage (95V out of 240V only) and the issue was on the panel breaker. Although the issue was not AC related he could recommend next steps and were VERY kind to explain and suggest course of action. I really liked him and apparenlty how Cool Air USA works.

Leo, i had an electrician guy and yes, it was the breaker as you said. Could start cooling my house later and now we're good and cool. Thank you and all our appreciation to you and Cool Air USA.
