Xavier was excellent. He explained the actual problem, showed me what to look for and fixed it. He was here for an hour. He was very professional and actually arrived within the hour window they said they would. This company is really the one to hire. They answer right away, follow up and communicate with you. I will never use Total again.
Xavier should get a promotion as a manager and trainer because he knows a lot and knows how to EXPLAIN things in a professional way. Next time, I will ask for him again. I cannot accentuate how crucial my tech Xavier was, as far as my service and experience went. He made it happen.
