Today, May 2, 2024 we had our Annual A/C Maintenance..
Lior, Service Technician was exceptional in performing this service to ur 2 A/C Units…
He took pictures of all the areas inside each A/C Unit and explained what was going on inside the unit for the service..
He flushed the lines, changed the UV-C Light and when completed the cleaning he agin took pictures and explained to me the completion of the service.
I have received the explanation and pictures from the Annual Service immediately via email.
I will also note Cool Air, USA installed new A/C Units 2 years ago and they have been stellar in communication when we have had questions and concerns when changing out our old A/C Units.
The service is we received is impeccable and we highly recommend Cool Air USA.
I have requested Lior, Cool Air, USA to be our Annual Service Representative for our yearly maintenance program for the coming years.
I will also like to report, when I call for a service I immediately get a quick response and service coming to my home in a very timely manner. The always confirm the appointment and the Service Technician calls when he is on his way to my appointment.
