Uri does a very thorough and precise job and represents Cool Air very well. Thats why I have used Cool Air over the past several years and recommend this company to others in this community. We have a plan for continued service and when other items in the condenser unit will require repairs. Cost is also reasonable. I look forward to my next 6 month service in July with Uri however I would caution the office to know his schedule (his start time is 1100 hrs.), so I am not waiting as originally told from 0900 hrs. till 1200 hrs. This has happened twice and I will be sure to note to the office staff when I make my next appointment for a more specific window of time.
