From Quote, to contract payment, to answering any and all questions immediately I can highly recommend this company. I live out of state and purchased a new HVAC for my son's new home. I paid in full and waited for closing. After which Cool Air, obtained the permits, installed the unit and gave top shelf customer service to all my concerns. A wire was bad and they trouble shot every aspect immediately, they were ready and able to handle any problem and stayed at the site and got the job completed as promised.
