The technician, Jose, was on time, efficient, forthcoming with what he was doing to the AC, and very respectful. He is an excellent representative for this company.
When dealing with the office staff, a totally different experience. Was put on hold for over 10 minutes while 3 different people determined if I should get a receipt for the check that they already cashed! One man became argumentative with me when all I asked for was a receipt. Would have to think twice about using this company because the office staff seems to be less than professional, not helpful and appears "clueless"!
