I am so pleased with the service that Cool Air USA provided. The appointment was fast, and Kensy was prompt, professional and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes, and repaired it on the spot. I have been ripped off before, and as a senior person, i was a bit skeptical, not having been referred by anyone to call this company.
