Just used Cool Air USA. Jose was the tech that came out. Was told we needed to replace both upstairs & downstairs by 2 other companies....but turns out we only need a new coil replacement for one unit (which he told us was still under warranty) & fixed it for a very reasonable price, & told us not to replace the other unit & explained the issue with it.
Bottom line is they are the fairest that I've come across & they will be honest with you as to if you need a replacement unit or if the existing can/is worth being fixed.
Everybody else just tried to sell me new units, this company actually tried to find & fix the problem. I will use only them from now on as they earned my trust & saved me big $$.
