I had noticed that my air filter was wet from condensation of the air conditioner. On Saturday at 2:30, I called cool air and wanted to know when they could come out. They said between 3:00 and 6:00, and for saturday, that was extraordinary! They arrived at 3:45 in the afternoon . After they took a look, They needed to come back on Monday, which was not their fault. They were here Monday at 9:00 a.m., fix the problem, and were on their way in a little over 90 minutes. Very polite and focused on their work. I would definitely recommend
