I called this company the day after New Years and was surprised they were open, They scheduled a appointment for the next day but received a cancellation. so they were able to come out the same day. The technician was Xavier, Xavier was excellent, he figured out the problem and also figured what caused the issue, He explained every detailed to me, told me what I needed to do to keep the system running in good condition( change filter, keep the drain line clear, etc) I wll definitely use them again and would recommend them to others, They were not expensive either. Kudos to Cool Air Usa !!!!!
